Ten minutes from signup to your first priced event. Do these in order.
1. Finish onboarding
Business info, equipment, ingredients, menu. Every calculation downstream pulls from what you enter here, so take the twelve minutes and do it right the first time.
2. Run one Event Calculator
Pick a guest count, pick an event type. You get the supply list, the cost per serving, and a quote you can send as-is.
3. Turn on Smart Pricing
Pro unlocks ZIP-level market data. Drop in your venue ZIP and see what carts in that market actually charge for espresso bars, cold brew stations, and add-ons.
4. Send the quote
Click Send from the Calculator. Your client gets a branded page they approve in the browser. The status flips from Sent to Viewed to Approved automatically.
